About this Project

Yoga at Golden Belt Club is the counterweight to the rest of the schedule. After three nights of striking or choreography, the body needs a discipline that pulls in the opposite direction — long lines, breath-led pacing, and the kind of strength that holds a shape instead of breaking through it.

Classes blend vinyasa-style sequencing with longer, hold-based postures. Sessions begin with breath work and warm-up flows, move through a sequence built around a peak pose, and close with a slow integration and short rest. The pacing is for adults coming off a working day. The cues are technical when they need to be and quiet when they don't.

Yoga runs Tuesday and Thursday from 20:00 to 21:00 — the same block as Functional CrossFit, on the opposite end of the intensity spectrum. The 4-class monthly pass is 2,500 ₺, the 8-class pass is 3,400 ₺, trial is 500 ₺, and workshops are 750 ₺. Mat and props are provided.
