About this Project

Functional CrossFit is the cardio companion to Golden Belt Club's combat program. It is sold on a combined pass with kickboxing because that is how members use it — striking three nights a week, then a metabolic day in between to build the engine that makes the striking sharper.

Sessions follow the structure most CrossFit athletes will recognize. Warm-up and mobility, then a strength or skill block (kettlebell, barbell, gymnastic movement), then a 12–20 minute workout that combines them. The room is scaled, not slowed — beginners see the same workout the advanced lifters do, with weights and movements adjusted to what their week needs.

Functional CrossFit runs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 20:00 to 21:00. It rides on the Kickbox/CrossFit pass — 5,000 ₺ for 12 classes a month, 800 ₺ for a single drop-in, and 500 ₺ for the trial. Indoor trainers, fitted clothing, and water.
